Your memories, strength, willpower and love for life cannot be forgotten. You have made me who I am today and I am proud of you. It's been an honour serving you in the last weeks of your life. If I had to, I would do it all over again. I will never forget you. Together with Mum, you are looking down at us. John, William, Chiara, Greg and Claudia adore you.
