Forever in our Hearts The Relatives & friends of MICHAEL are kindly invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held on MONDAY 13th November 2017 in the South Chapel Forest Lawn Crematorium, Leppington commencing at 1.30 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made at time of service to the Salvation Army.
