Great Nanny Pat to Tahlia and Noah. Will also be sadly missed by all her family, extended family and friends. Aged 83 years Forever in our heartsRelatives and friends of PATRICIA are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held in the Palm Chapel, Macquarie Park Crematorium, Plassey Road, North Ryde on Wednesday 29th August, 2012 commencing at 11.15am.
