Frank was a highly regarded international scholar in biblical studies and Hebrew, who spearheaded computer analysis of biblical Hebrew syntax. He was the dear beloved husband of Lois (nee Garrett, dec) who shared his intellectual passions and rigours of an extensive productive life. He was the dear beloved husband of Margaret (Johnson nee Beazley) who shared a joyful twilight with him of five years. The loved and esteemed father of John (& Deborah), David (& Suree), Martin (dec), Nedra (& Steven) and Kathryn. The loved and respected grandfather of Sean, Vivienne, Erin, Lindsay, Lalita, Tiria and Michael. The highly regarded and loved stepfather of Evelyn (& Boyd), Russell (& Jean), Rhonwen (& Jim), Laurel (& Chris), Joy (& Peter), Peter John (& Messa).
