Born at Prosperine, Queensland on 23 June 1924 and died at Derwent Views (formerly Freemasons Home), Lindisfarne on 5 June 2023.

Loved wife of the late Lynn Allen, and loving mother of Margaret-Lynn and Robert. Dearly loved grandmother of Selena, Jason, Penelope, Catharine and Genevieve. Great-grandmother to 10, sister of Monica (dec), Bill and Merle (Dec) and devoted friend of Dot Foster (dec).
