The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
WRACZYNSKI, Leon. Dear Dad, 100 years ago today you graced the world’s front doorstep.
You were a decent and dedicated family man, worldly-wise, highly principled and laden with intelligence.
The Nazis couldn’t kill you. The Russians couldn’t kill you. Ukrainian Nationalists could’t kill you. Mongols in Siberia couldn’t kill you.
But, Old Father Time could and prematurely did!
Happy 100th Birthday
Love, your kids and spouses, grand kids and great grand kids.
