The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
Max Wintle, what a honour to meet you and be a part of your family. I’m going to miss you so much and you beautiful smile. Thank you for telling your stories at the dining table with topics ranging from your truck days, boating adventures to your greyhound triumphs. Now you are up high in the sky but your stories will live on forever with us in our hearts. You were a man full of energy, respect and a kind soul. I am so glad you had your wonderful daughter Andrea. l will make sure we have a beautiful life together. And now another Man will drag her races. And hopefully the horse does not turn out doing $2 rides at the beach on the weekends as we joked about. Bring it home for us Max.
Love Barry
