The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
John Williams (Dad/Dar) 09.07.21 - 17.05.11 In tears we saw you sinking, we watched you fade away, although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. What we'd give if we could say "Hello Dad" or "Hello Dar" in the same old way. To hear your voice, and see your smile, to sit with you and chat a while. So if you have a father, cherish him with care, for you'll never know the heartache till you see his vacant chair. Miss you heaps. Love you always, your Daughter Jill & Granddaughter Shani xxx
