TIPPINS, Ron J

In loving memory of Lance Bombardier Ronald John Tippins of the the 2/7th Field Regiment, killed in action on May 3, 1945, at Tarakan after 5 years of service throughout the Middle East and the Pacific.

A much loved brother and son, winner of the 1939 Mail Medal, winning Stroke of the State Junior and Senior Eight Oar Championships and State Junior and Senior Four Oar Championships, 1939/40.

Long gone, but never forgotten by his youngest brother, Dominic Tippins.
