We would like to thank all our family and dear friends for their love, kindness and support throughout our sudden loss of Joe. A very big thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and staff at the medical ward, Cairns Private Hospital. Special thanks to Dr John Knott (Cairns), Dr Cameron McLeod (Cairns), Dr Chris Earle (Atherton), Guilfoyle Funeral Services (Atherton) and Father Bill (Ravenshoe).
