On behalf of my children, grandchildren and relatives

I would like to express my sincere thanks to all who helped before and after the passing of my husband of 60 years Sil Gava.

Especially we appreciate the excellent staff at St. Michael’s Nursing Home were he was treated with love and respect, along with the other hospitals and nursing homes he attended prior to his admission to St Michaels.

Thanks also to Dr. C. Currie and Dr H. Fairfull-Smith who both cared for Sil for many years.

For the numerous heartfelt messages, floral tributes and cards I treasure them all.

Sil was a humble man and would have been astounded at the number of people who attended

his funeral to say farewell.

Those who were not able to attend sent messages in the hundreds, of these I am very appreciative of their kind thoughts.
