Mary and family would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to relatives and friends for their kindness, support and expressions of sympathy following Harry's passing. Special thanks also to the many health professionals who looked after Harry over the years and in particular the last months of his life.

On what would have been Harry's 90th birthday,

we continue to mourn

his passing but we also

celebrate his long

well lived life.
