Michell Wool would like to extend sincere condolences on the passing of Steven Read, Chief Executive Officer.
Steven passed away on the 13th October 2022 leaving all in the business shocked and saddened by his sudden passing.
Steven made an invaluable contribution to Michell Wool over his many years with the company and to the wider industry both in Australia and abroad over four decades in the wool industry.
He will be remembered for his professionalism, integrity, and commitment, and he will be sadly missed by his friends, colleagues, and competitors alike.
Our thoughts are with Steven’s wife, Danielle and their children Lexie, William, Posie and Lizzie.
Rest in Peace.
