Emma, Karen, Toby, Jack and Emily would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who visited Jeff in hospital, attended Jeff’s funeral, sent cards, flowers and messages of condolence.

Jeff’s family appreciates all the kindness, support and love shown by so many during this sad time.
