PAULING, Tom AO KC

The members and staff of William Forster Chambers note with great sadness the passing of Tom Pauling AO KC. Tom was a founding member and then a critical part of the life and soul of Chambers for 14 years until accepting appointment as the Solicitor-General for the Northern Territory in 1988. As Solicitor-General, as Administrator and in retirement he kept in close contact with Chambers providing valuable support, encouragement and advice on many occasions. His wisdom, humour and generosity of spirit will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with Tessa, Fred, Zoe and their families.
