St John Ambulance Australia (NT) Inc Chair Peter Carew, NT Board, CEO Andrew Tombs, Commissioner Melissa Johnston, staff and volunteers extend their deepest sympathy to wife Tessa and children Fred and Zoe on the passing of Tom.

Tom was the Administrator of the Northern Territory from 9/11/07 to 31/10/11. In that time he was the Deputy Prior and Knight of the Order of St John.
