ORTT-SAEED, Jocelyn Anne Daughter of the late Enid Lillian and Godfrey Bernard Ortt, died on Friday, 26th of September in Lahore, Pakistan. Her Funeral was held at the Cathedral Church of the Resurrection, Lahore on Sunday, 28th September. Jocelyn was born and educated in Brisbane at Brisbane Girls Grammar School and the University of Queensland and went on to study German and Philosophy in Germany. She established herself as a poet in Pakistan and wrote several volumes of verse including "Distant Horizons" her last book which was launched both in Lahore and Sydney in 2004. Since the late 1950's she lived with her Husband Saeed in Pakistan. She will be missed by all who have known her and particularly her Husband, Children, Grandchildren and her wider Family."I will go where no road goes and the road will go with me to bring to you at sunrise the now in eternity."
