The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
My dearest Uncle Ross, It's so unfair that you have been taken from usso soon - I thought you were invincible. You made a huge difference in my life and I am eternally grateful for everything you have done for me, you welcomed me into your homeand treated me like a daughter, you taught me so much in my childhood years andgave me the support and direction I so needed. I loved your sense of humour, and I'll always hear the sound of your laugh.I was so proud of you at my weddingwhen you were there to give me away -you were an absolute star amongst our friends, especially with the speech you gave. Our happy memories and love will last forever and will always be cherished in my heart. I love you, Donna xx Niki and Mitchell, I'm so sorry, this hurt is so deep, you have lost your beautiful Dad, but you have gained a precious guardian angel along with Aaron
