The Bell Post Hill Cricket Club wishes to pay tribute to beloved life member Billy Muir who sadly passed away in recent days.
Billy was one of the most charismatic and larger than life characters ever to take the field for the Panthers, and the club is heartbroken to lose one of its true legends.
Our sincere condolences go out to Michelle, Ben, Maddie and Kristie on the loss of an amazing husband and father.
We offer this with the knowledge that in the 48-year history of the cricket club, very few families have had the impact on Bell Post Hill as what your family has, and that all started with Bill way back in the club’s early years and continues to this day with the next generation.
No rendition of "grand old flag" will ever feel the same again.
