In loving memory of our dear Aunty Mary and Uncle Peter.
MARY (nee Ryan), born in Goodwood SA 1.11.26 and died on Bribie Island, QLD on 21.12.17.
Her cherished husband PETER MICHAEL ALEXANDER, born in Dalwallinu WA 15.6.29 and died 21.3.18 also on Bribie Island QLD, where they had settled in retirement.
The greater part of their lives were lived together managing cattle stations in NT, QLD and NSW, starting at Elsey Station in 1958.
They were part of the fabric of the outback and friends to many.
Both with a love of horses they owned, trained and Peter rode their horse Satans Son to victory in the 1st Darwin Cup in 1956.
A couple of legends in our family.
