Les Burke offers his deep and sincere condolences to the Lukauskas family - his wife Toni and children Matthew, Simon and Nicole - on the passing of husband/father Cas.

Cas was a great leader and inspirational boss in my years at IAS. Always empathetic for his staff, Cas implicitly involved himself in any challenge that presented itself during the complex and often frustrating journey of developing innovative products and enhancement of racing IP at IAS. He was a master at blending the responsibilities of his role of manager with genuine friendship characteristics, resulting in him being a pleasure to work with. Always positive and hard working, his mantra, which epitomizes the man's character, was " I will never ask you to do anything I wouldn't do myself".

RIP Cas - you will be genuinely missed. It was a pleasure to have known you. I hope your gentle spirit endures in an even better place.
