Thanks for being around so long, Dad. We were sure you'd get your letter from the King but you'd already met him and had a chat anyway, so you decided it's time to join Mum. We always tried to step up for you and you always understood if we lagged behind a bit but the lawns will be fine, don't you worry about that Dad, or the side gate… And Bluey is living the dream into his third cat life now. All is done, Dad. All is said. All is well… but we will miss you forever. Mum's so happy to have you there now as are Lois and Rex, and all your old friends. Vale, Dad… last man standing. Our deep and abiding love, Jim and Christine

Farewell Grandpa, I am forever grateful for the special bond we formed and, this past year, the joy of seeing the innate connection between you and li'l Malc grow. Your encouragement and support gave me confidence to pursue my goals. Lessons gleaned from our chats and laughs enriched my life and made me a better person. You became a role model to Quinton, and we will do our best to instil in your great grandson the principles you upheld. You lived with dignity, commanded respect and you set an example. You were my biggest cheerleader, my mentor and we were buddies. You were my grandpa and my best friend. I love you Grandpa. We will miss you terribly and celebrate you always. Laurel, Quinton and baby Malcolm

Uncle Malc, Thanks for the council, friendship and many discussions on family history. What a great innings. We will miss your company during the footy season. Ian and Jenny Howard, Justine, Ian and Eloise
Uncle Malc, Custodian of fishing spots, home brew and Howard traditions… no more patience to give or guidance to share. The gap you leave in our lives can't be defined but your example will carry forward. Rest up my friend. We love and miss you. Caillin, Mel and Safin

I will always remember our chats about the old days. Thank you for being part of all our special family celebrations. Farewell Uncle Malc, be at peace. Love, Pam
Thanks for the fishing spots when I moved to Port Lincoln. Love, Ryan
Uncle Malc was always there sharing memories of childhood. Love, Kelliann, Dave, Lexi, Annabelle and Lucy
Uncle Malc, you held the candle for our grandparents long after they moved into their next chapter. Your love of sport and playing tennis into your 90's leaves a lasting impression. Love, Jess and Dave

Thank you for all the valued memories over the 73 years of my life. You are an inspiration and you are in my prayers.  A true gentleman, I will miss you, dear friend. May God receive you in His kingdom, reunite and excite you with old friends and family. Until we meet again, Uncle Malc, Love Graham
I honour the passing of a beautiful soul, the man who gave me my name. Thank you for showing us what dignity looks like. Beautiful 'til your last breath. You will be missed. Dave and Amber, Eris, Noah and Charli
Always, a special place in our hearts. Kristi, Andrew, Harrison, Patrick and Fletcher

Malcolm faced the end of a wonderful life with dignity. We believe that God will renew his strength, he will rise up with wings of eagles, he will walk and not faint, run and not be weary. Isaiah 40:30-3 John and Ailsa Howard. Luke, Emily and William
Thank you for your smile, wit and integrity. Rest well. Kym, Tanya, Emerson and Xavier

A wonderful life and marvellous stories connecting us to our family roots in Port Adelaide. Always a joy. Love Penni
A privilege and pleasure in your company Uncle Malc. Love, Emily, Angas, Sol and Lincoln
Beautiful to celebrate your 99th with you Uncle Malc. Claire, Steve and Jack
We will remember you as the sun sets and share the warmth. Leah and Charlie
Blessed to know you Uncle Malc. You are an inspiration. Annie

We have lots of happy memories of fun shared over many years with our special, very much loved Uncle Malc. To be in his company was a joy. We will miss him immensely. He's in our hearts and cherished always. Much love to Jim, Christine and all the family Ann, David, Sue, Jacquie, Pam and crew

Farewell Malc, You were always our dear friend and you became our treasured step-father, grandpa and great-grandpa to all the young ones who gave you so much joy in your later years. You and Enid were great friends of our Mum and Dad, Lois and Rex Mann. After sad farewells to our dearest father Rex, and later to your beloved Enid, you and our mother Lois married and enjoyed many wonderful years together.
Step-father to Kevin and Mary, Roger and Ana, Michael and Julia, Jill and Steve and Grant. On the Mann side of the family, grandpa to twelve and great-grandpa to twelve.
You have been a special part of our lives, so much loved and already missed by us all. You were a living history book and an example to everyone. Rest in Peace
