The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
HORAN, Wayne Michael 6.8.1978 - 7.11.2011 A whole year has passed since you were taken from us. It is so hard to put into mere words as there aren't enough to express how much you were loved and we miss you more and more with each passing day. I cannot understand why someone who was such an exceptional person like you had to leave us when you were loved by so many and a real inspiration and joy to be around. You had a real impact on all who knew you and you are very missed. Your achievements both professionally and personal were many for one so young and you would have done so much more had you been given the time, as you always reached whatever goals you set for yourself. You always gave your time and energy freely to anyone needing help and from the time you were a little boy, I never heard you say a bad word about anyone. We are so honoured to have been your parents and to have raised the incredible young man you became. We love you and miss you more than any words can express. 'Til we are together again my darling, Mum and Dad
