The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
HEDGER, BILL - IN LOVING MEMORY What we would give if we could say, Hello Dad in the same old way. To hear your voice and see your smile, To sit with you and chat a while. Our hearts still ache with sadness, And silent tears still flow. What it meant to lose you dad, No one will ever know. Dear God please take a message to dad in heaven above, Tell him how much we miss him and give him all our love. Forever in our hearts. Sam, Jamie, Amy, Nick, Jess, Lachie, Jack and Samuel xxx
