Mum it’s been the hardest 12months ever, to say goodbye to you, id never imagine id have to do. To my Mum, mentor, strength, my tears & my smile, every day is so confusing now. At least we still have our special moments together, just like the good days we had. We are just creating different memories now.

Mum nothing will ever take away my pain, with losing you.

I miss & love you so much.
