The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
30.11.1937–03.07.2017
Softly in the morning,
You hear a gentle call,
You took the hand God offered you,
And quietly left us all.
That day you left us Mum/Grandma,
Our hearts just broke in two,
The smallest part is still with us,
And the biggest part with you.
Loved forever,
Karen, Leanne, Denise & John & their families
