Mum 20 years today you left us and this crazy world. There’s not a day that goes by that you are not in my thoughts . When I think of the time that has passed I realised how much you have missed out on and my kids didn’t get a chance to know the kind and giving person you are , how you would’ve loved doing the simple things with them that I guess we take for granted. As the we get older I realise that life is précis day to spend it with those important to us just missing one person -you! I am now at s stage in my life where I can think of you and treasure our time and memories though the emptiness is still there and the hole in my heart will never be mended I can continue my day knowing you are with me. Little bits of you I see in the kids help keep your memory going and make me smile just wish they knew that! Although this time of year is always hard it still only feels like yesterday I stood by you and watched your last tear roll down your cheek. Mum you were my teacher my roll model and best friend, you are always in my heart and part of our lives until we meet again Julie and Phillip xx
