BUCKLEY, The Honourable NeilThe Chief Justice and Judges of the Family Court of Australia are saddened by the death of their Friend and former Colleague, The Honourable Neil Buckley.His Honour was appointed to the Brisbane Registry of the Family Court of Australia in February 1983, and served the Court and the community with great dignity and distinction until his retirement in August, 2006, after 23 years on the bench.The Judges of the Court extend their condolences to his wife Helen and to his Family
