Called to Rest.
25/4/1936 - 9/7/2017
In loving memory of a wonderful husband, father and father-in-law, and grandfather.
I close my eyes and see your face
Smiling at me from a beautiful place
You tell me you are never far away
And that we will meet again some day
I ask if you could stay a while
I miss your laughter, I miss your smile
Then you whisper sweetly into my ear
I never left you I’m always here
(poem by John Connor)
Remembered always, by your loving wife Pearl, daughters Maria and Peter, Josephine and Jason, and grandchildren.
