The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
1925-2019
My beautiful man has left this world,
part of my heart went too.
We shared our lives and lived our dreams
good and bad, we saw it through.
You worked so hard for all those years
to do the best for us.
You did it with a willing heart
without a bit of fuss.
But the years go by so very fast
before we knew it was time to part.
It broke my heart to see you go,
I’ll miss you through my tears.
But be assured I loved you so,
through all our happy years.
Lovingly Remembered
by his wife Lorraine, Julie, Steven and Mark (dec) and their families
