RICHARD SHANE ALLAN AGED 51 YEARS Late of Kelso. Richard passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Townsville Hospital on Friday 29th December, 2017. Loving Husband of Jodie and adored Father to his children. Richard was loved by his extended family and friends.
