Etienne Couret died suddenly in a motorbike accident on the Putty Road at Colo Heights, aged 24.
Etienne was the only son of Pierre and Nicole (nee Orr) Couret, and the brother of Estelle Couret of Illawong, NSW. He will also be mourned by his paternal grandparents Roger and Yvette (of Augirein, France) and his maternal grandparents Maurice and Helene along with his extended family and friends.
Etienne had an extraordinary love of life and his family. He loved his work as a carpenter and took pride in mentoring his young apprentices. He excelled at sports and in the last few years focussed on his skydiving. His positivity and zest for life was contagious.
The impact of his death on his family and friends is enormous. We loved him so dearly and the memory of Etienne, especially his smile, will remain with us forever.
Family and friends are invited to farewell Etienne at 3pm on 16th February in the Waterfront Room, St George Motorboat Club, 2 Wellington Street, Sans Souci. No flowers by request.
