August 30 at 1.45 p.m. in

Our Lady of the Rosary Church,

14 Barker Road, Prospect followed by Funeral Mass.

At conclusion of Mass the Cortege will proceed to

Centennial Park Cemetery for Committal.

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation to the

Hospital Research Foundation (Eyes) would be
