The Committee and Members of the Collingwood Past Players are saddened to hear of the passing of Murray, widely known as "The Weed".
Murray was a Collingwood Football Club Captain, Dual Premiership Player, Hall of Fame and Team of the Century Member who played 180 Games and kicked 262 Goals from 1953 - 1963.
Murray was an inspiring leader and well respected by his past player team mates. Our thoughts and condolences are with the Weideman family during this sad time.
