With sadness, we advise that our father succumbed to his illness on Saturday.
Our father lived with a full life with an entrepreneurial zest. He charged through life with enthusiasm, energy and gusto. David could light a room with his charisma, charm and generosity. He was never afraid to put his hand in his pocket and support community sport clubs and other voluntary associations.
We would like to thank to the caring staff St Pauls Lutheran Home in Hahndorf as they cared for our father in his final days with care and grace.
He will be deeply missed by those whom were touched by his warm character.
He is now at peace.
