Son of Basil B. Robinson ( 1913-2002 ) and Eileen M Robinson nee Harrison ( 1912-2016 ); brother of Julian and Jane, loved family member of Rebecca, Lee and Harrison Hunt, and friend of Bill McCubbery.
Born and raised in Hobart, Mark leaves a photographic legacy of Hobart, the Tasmanian Wilderness, the Tasmanian Bush Walking Club and of his travels round Australia 1965-1975. Mark left Tasmania in 1975 and lived in Binnaway NSW, Korumburra and North Melbourne. Mark’s hidden disabilities were faced with stoicism, tolerance and goodwill. A gentle man who loved poetry.
Mark’s family wish to thank Dr Christos Pavlidis, the City of Melbourne ( Christine Arbuckle and Wendy Neivandt), North Melbourne Pharmacy and many in the community of North Melbourne 2005-2024, Ballan Nursing Home and Ballarat Base Hospital Emergency and 2GP Ward.
