The Directors and staff of Courtney & Patterson Ford regret the passing of our founder, Ron Patterson.
Ron established Courtney & Patterson in 1946 and retired in June 2005.
Ron always operated the business under very ethical principles. He was always more interested in establishing a long term relationship with his customers through *courtesy and patience*, rather than just consummating a sale, and made sure that all his staff abided by these principles.
He was very caring for all his staff and put their interests first, even in difficult times for the Company. In particular, he assisted staff who had fallen on hard times to a much greater extent than a normal employer. He also introduced retirement benefits to his long serving staff many years before they were required by legislation.
We extend our sincere condolences to Janiece, Bev, Sheryl, Jan, and his very large extended family
who Ron cared for deeply.
