Anthony and Nicole;
Uncle of Ally and Caleb,
Gaby and Rosie;
Casey and Chris, and Blake.

A courageous and generous
man, who possessed a
cheeky sense of humour
and who gave total devotion
to his family and his friends.

He will be deeply missed
