Dearly loved Poppy of Trent, Taylah, Imogen, Dylan, Ryan, Ben, Madison and Brooke. Dearly loved Great Poppy to Destiny Lee, Blake, Miaa and Sky Bella. You will be so sadly missed and always remembered by all of us. Too soon to say goodbye and you will always be in our hearts and always in our thoughts. We hope that you have now found peace, Dad/Poppy. Until we meet again
