Dearly loved husband of Phyllis, Adored father of Brian and Ashleigh and partner Michael. Much loved son of Peter and Maureen (both dec), loved brother of Fiona & Shane, Timothy, Claire & Carol, Brian & Yoko, Helen and Angela. Loved uncle of Holly, William and Olivia.

Resting peacefully now, you will remain in our hearts forever.

Special thanks to Professor Peter Gibbs, Professor Brian Le and the outstanding team at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Palliative Care Unit/7 West.
