It is with great sadness that we announce
the passing of
Kevin (Peter) Lewis
Aged 77
Peter is survived by his dearly beloved wife, Jan.
Much Loved father
of Amanda, Brett, Christopher (Dec) and Mark and father-in-law of Adam, Louise and Corey.

Cherished by all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Resting peacefully & forever in our hearts.

Sincere thanks and gratitude to the wonderful staff at Alwyndor (Alandale Unit) for their constant care, respect and dignity as Peter battled the progression of Alzheimer's over the last
7 years.
