Sr. Kathleen a dearly loved member of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, died on 20th September 2024, aged 96 years at Mary MacKillop Aged Care Facility, Hawthorn East. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our much-loved sister and trust in her continued presence with us in a new way. We extend our sympathy to her family members, especially her sisters Margaret and Helen. We are very grateful for the gift of Sr. Kathleen in our lives and for her faithful service over 70 years to our Congregation in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
We thank especially the staff, nurses and doctors at Mary MacKillop who cared for her so well. May she rest in peace now in the all-embracing Love of God.
