It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Matthew John Hazelwood.

Beloved son of Rodney and Lorraine (Joey), loving Father to Siobhan and a cherished Poppy to Brax and Aoife. Loving partner and soul mate to Janet Schultz. Matthew will be dearly missed by all who knew him, taken from us far too soon.

Rest in peace, Matthew. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
