It is with deep sadness that Stephen Hartley and family share the news of Coral Hartley's passing away on Tuesday 20 August 2024, just two days after her 98th birthday.
Mum lived a long and wonderful life filled with travel, a busy social life and countless hours sitting in the shed at Bundaberg Hockey where she cheered endlessly for her beloved Arrows-Athletics.
Mum was blessed with three beautiful great grandchildren, and following a move to Brisbane in 2022, she was able to spend time watching them grow. Seeing the joy they brought to her day when they visited, her laughter at their antics and the stories she’d remember from Malerie and Ben’s childhood, leaves us with some beautiful memories.
