It is with great sadness we announce Pat's passing with family by her side.
Loving wife of Eric (dec). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Lynda, Sandra and Jim, and Brenda. Adored Nan to Mitchell and Laura, Louise (dec), Brayden and Tia, Chelsea and Kallum, Harrison and Ella.
Reunited with Eric.
