The Victoria Racing Club (VRC) is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Australian music icon Michael Gudinski AM.
Michael was an avid racing fan and horse owner, as passionate about racing as he was about Australian music. Michael and Sue were regulars at Flemington, and he was as at ease mixing with superstars in The Birdcage as he was chatting with fellow owners in The Mounting Yard, demonstrating his generous and humble nature.
The VRC extends its deepest condolences to his wife Sue, son Matt and partner Cara, daughter Kate and husband Andrew and their children Nina-Rose and Lulu as well as the extended
family for their loss.
