Born in Imbros, Turkey August 15, 1924. Passed away peacefully in Adelaide, S.A. January 15, 2021 Aged 96 wonderful years. Loving and devoted husband of the late Aspasia. Beloved and much respected father and father-in-law of Christopher and Cristina. Cherished and adored Papou of Jordan, Ayesha, Evana and their partners Nicole, Ryan, Andrew. Loved Pro Papou of Adeline and Estelle. Our sincere appreciation and thanks to all the staff and doctors of the RSL Care SA War Veterans Home, Myrtlebank for their care and kindness during the last two and a half years. George will be forever loved and remembered by all that knew him. Reunited with his beautiful Aspasia.
