In Loving memory of a loved Husband to Peggy Dixon (nee Regan) deceased 2007. Formally of Chermside. Simply known as Les, Dad, Pop, Uncle Les, Cranky Old Man. Born on 29th April 1934, Cooroy Hospital. Raised on Brooklet Dairy Farm, Cooroy, youngest of 9 children (6 daughters, 3 sons, all deceased) to Amy & John Dixon (deceased). A Carpenter/Cabinet Maker and Wood Turner by trade however Wood, English Motorbikes and Cars was his true passion throughout his 87 years on this Earth. National Service with the Australian Airforce in Amberley using his trade building the internal fit outs of Military Aircraft. Most of his career however while raising his family was spent with PMG, Telecom located in Bulimba. Les passed away peacefully surrounded by those who loved him both near and far away on Sunday, 6th June 2021 at 11.15pm at the Prince Charles Hospital. Thanks to all who assisted him in his last years, months and days. No funeral by request. Private Cremation.
