Adored son of Kay, loved brother to Leah, and cherished brother-in-law to Anthony. Idolized Uncle to Ava. Cherished stepson of Alan, and beloved stepbrother to Jamie and Michelle.

Taken from us far too soon and will be missed every day of our lives.

Luke we know you would be devastated to think we are in such pain, but it does not lessen our grief.

Your memory will be held in our hearts forever, and you will be missed beyond measure.

Rest in eternal peace.
