A loved sister of Patricia (dec.), Russell (dec.), Edward (dec.), Peter, John, Robin, Ian (dec.), Elaine and Margaret.
Special thanks to the Colac Area Health OPASS
and Palliative Care Teams for their
kindness and support to Connie and her family.
